CANCELLATION

The booking cancellation must be done 20 days before the beginning of the activity in order to be repaid. In case of making the cancellation by that date, it will be repaid just 50% of the total amount.

EXCLUDE RIGHT

Arbolar reserves the right to exclude from the activity those participants who do not respect the rules of existence established. In case of exclusion, its repayment will not be made.

The registration form, which you will find on the website, should be filled and sent back. If you could not find the registration form, call us and we will sent it to you by any means.

    Payment facilities.

    Payment will be possible on the following periods: 25% of the total amount must be paid when the reservation is confirmed; the 75% remaining, before the first day of camp.

    Form of payment

    The booking will be verify by the deposit of 25% of the total amount.
