Enlisting to the Camp. Shuttle service from and to the camp under request.

Each participant is able to enlist him/herself on their own to the camp, but you can make use of the services offered if you wish.

The check-in will be realized in Active Tourism of “Arbolar” (located in Laguna de Ruidera Street, in Los Urrutias - Cartagena) from 12pm. to 12am.

TRANSFERS

Transfers from Madrid.

In all shifts, the transfers are organized by bus or train (depending on its demand) from Madrid, Albacete and Murcia. If the trip is organized by bus, it is hired directly by ARBOLAR and all participants are always accompanied by one or more instructors. The cost is 90€ (return ticket).

Collection from stations or airports.

For those who are not able to use the aforementioned service, they have the option to be collected at the station or airport. We also offer the possibility of picking up our participants at Cartagena’s train or bus stations, and at San Javier or Alicante airport. This service does not cost anything.

Participants’ money and bank

We recommend to our participants not to carry a great amount of cash. As it would only be spent when going out or in any of our vending machines, carrying 30€ will be enough.

We will implement a “camp bank” where the children’s money could be guarded and administered by the instructor.

Equipment required:

Any item needed to spend on the beach during ten days. However, we recommend not to forget the following stuffs:

A cap for sailing.
A t-shirt for sailing (Lycra t-shirts to protect the skin).

Flip-flops
At least two swimsuits.
A pullover or a hoodie for the cold at nights.
A bath towel and a beach towel.

Documents

Parents and guardians will provide their children with all the health documentation in order to facilitate any treatment they could need.

Moreover, it is required to present the bank receipt at the beginning of the stay

Physical condition and requirements

Participants should suffer neither any contagious disease nor physical limitations, which absolutely prevent the practice of the activities offered.

Knowing how to swim is vital. At the beginning of the activity, participants will be given a swimming test in order to certify any difficulty in the water: buoyancy and normal movements. Under no circumstances this process should be considered a competitive test.

The participants should follow the center rules and any order of the instructor of ARBOLAR all the time. Similarly, they should be committed to be polite and respectful with their mates and instructors.

In case of non-fulfilment, it will result in an immediate expulsion of the campament.
